What is a Body Balance?

We will begin by discussing and identifying the issues you would like to change or transform and set an appropriate goal that best suits you and you feel you can accept. The session itself commences with you remaining fully clothed and lying comfortable face-up on a massage table. I will test neuromuscular integrity (biofeedback) by asking you to position an arm or leg in a certain way, and then to hold that position while I test using gentle pressure against the limb. There are 14 major muscles that are linked to the 12 organs and 14 meridians (electrical pathways) that I will be challenging. I will determine which muscles are locking and unlocking. That gives me an assessment of where the imbalances occur in the body and from there determine which technique is most appropriate for you. There are times, for example, when I am rubbing out a neurolymphatic and the pain is not subsiding, I know we need to address an emotion. Everything including our bodies and emotions are energy which has a unique frequency or vibrational energy. I release emotions using muscle monitoring that have been suppressed in the physical body and have manifested as dis-ease. If these emotions are not released, I would only be working with symptoms. When completed I will go back and recheck the 14 major muscles. They should all be locking in pertaining to your goal. This way you get to see and experience all the changes that have been made. This is immediate confirmation.

This is one of the major causes of lower back pain. In both men & woman the pubic bone can shift. Without the pubic bone in alignment the hips, even if adjusted, will not stay in place until the pubic bone is in place. On a woman the pubic symphysis naturally separates during the birthing process. From a fall or accident the pubic symphysis can get displaced and stuck and is therefore unable to move apart during the birthing process which in many cases is the reason for cesarean births. Adjusting the PSIS joint (Posterior Superior Iliac Spine) and pubic bone is a must for complete back relief.

The transverse part of the colon has dropped down and will create a kink in the right and left side of the bowel. Not only causing problems with eliminating but can cause the iliocecal valve (where the small intestine joins the large intestine) to stay open which allows dirty bowel water to go back up into the small intestine. When the transverse colon has dropped this puts constant pressure on the bladder creating incontinence and causing the uterus to tip in a woman and cause prostate and urinary problems in a man.

Due to a prolapsed colon, this puts pressure on the uterus causing it to tip. A tipped uterus can be the cause for pain during intercourse as well as painful menstrual cycles because the uterus cannot pass menstrual discharge efficiently. This can cause challenges in trying to become pregnant because of the pressure on the fallopian tubes or ovaries, many times the egg from the ovary cannot pass into the uterus properly and this can cause sterility along with lower back pain during menses.

Hiatus Hernia is when the stomach bulges up into chest through the hiatus opening in the diagram. When food drops down into the first part of the duodenum the pylorus valve should open, when the food goes through, the valve should close again. This valve can get stuck open or inverted which then causes acid reflux, heart burn and or food to get stuck. A hiatus hernia can be the cause of false heart attack symptoms. It can also effect the diaphragm which will not allow you to take deep breaths or cause a sharp pain on the right side of the mid back area.

Cranial bones can get stuck or seize due to the use of forceps or suction during the birthing process, a severe hit to the head or extreme amounts of emotional stress. When we breath the bones of our skull do microscopically move, cerebral spinal fluid is to get pumped up our spine by our tail bone and into the meninges to protect and nourish the brain. When this isn’t happening the messages from the brain to the body and body to brain are short circuiting. Signs of a seized cranial can be headaches, lack of concentration, confusion, lack of coordination, poor balance and sleep issues.

Energy-in-motion is the definition of emotion. Emotions are organized energy. This energy if not freely expressed has to go some where so it will get suppressed into the body and then from there will manifest as an ailment or dis-ease. These emotions need to be released in order for the body to truly heal. Examples of emotions held in the different organ systems are: Kidneys: anxiety, fear, indecisive. Liver: anger, irritability, blame. Large Intestine: guilt, powerless, shame, regret. Heart: forgiveness, hate, self worth. Stomach: bitter, doubt. Once emotions are released, the body will heal.
